Keystone Building and Restoration has been in operation since 2018. It was founded by George Milev, who invested 10 years with another roofing company. George identified a number of issues with the current state of the industry but instead of complaining about it, he decided to step out on faith and start Keystone, where he can become part of the solution. Keystone is a company where we take care of the client as well as the sales force.
Wil Palmer aka Wil the Roofer, came to Keystone after spending 15 years in the Investment and Insurance industry. He was introduced to George Milev by Miguel Castaneda and they immediately hit it off. Although Wil had no immediate background in construction, George quickly identified what Wil did have experience with.
George said, “We can teach you what to say and how to inspect a roof. We can not teach being a good person. If you’re a good person, then you’ll do just well here. You were passionate about providing financial solutions to families in the form of mutual funds and life insurance. Now, be passionate about helping families to have a safe roof over their heads.”
